A growing manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking a management accountant to prepare and maintain financial reports, monitor budgets, and support cost control initiatives. The ideal candidate will be qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in similar roles. - Prepare and maintain management accounts, including monthly reporting and variance analysis.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, providing insight to senior management.
- Support cost control initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Assist with financial planning and strategy, including reporting to support business decisions
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
