Location: Framingham Pigot | Hours: 4 days per week, 8:30/9:00am - 5:00/5:30pm | Contract: Permanent / Part-time (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Reconciling accounts and assisting with month‑end procedures
  • Managing petty cash and expense claims
  • Supporting payroll and HR administration tasks
  • Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organised and proactive approach to workload management
