- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to resolve payment queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to meet deadlines.
- Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounts receivable processes within the organisation.
A successful French Speaking Accounts Receivable professional should have:
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Speaking German would also be an advantage
- Experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Competitive hourly rate between £16.00 and £20.00 GBP.
