A growing insights consultancy is seeking an Interim Research Director to lead research effectiveness and operational excellence. In this 8-month remote contract, you'll develop standardized research methods, improve workflows, and coach a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of market research experience and a passion for enhancing research usability and scalability. This role requires collaboration and the ability to engage deeply for impactful results.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in market research with mixed methods experience.
- Skilled in segmentation, brand tracking, and operational design.
- Calm, confident, collaborative, and willing to engage deeply.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the development of standardized research methods.
- Improve workflows from quantitative setup to delivery.
- Coach researchers and embed best practices.
- Provide expert oversight on complex segmentations.
- Act as escalation support for senior leads.

Salary - £75k pro rata
