A boutique professional services firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Associate for a remote governance role with occasional travel to London. Job description

Senior Associate - Remote working with travel up to 4 times a month to London for meetings (expenses paid).

Also Senior Manager role available.

About the role

• Board support and minuting - Strong minute taking skills is a must!
• Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments/ transfers/ confirmation statements
• Formation of companies and other entities
• Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters

About you

• CGI Qualified
• At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK
• Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
• Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
• In house / professional services experience within Cosec / Governance desirable
