Litigation Solicitor - Complex Credit Hire (Remote)
Job summary
A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Litigation Solicitor to manage a caseload of complex credit hire and personal injury cases. This role is fully remote, offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus a performance bonus of £10-15,000. Qualifications
- Experience in handling complex credit hire cases, including fraud allegations.
- Ability to provide guidance to junior solicitors and litigators.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex files including credit hire and personal injury.
- Consult and advise on files for junior solicitors and litigators.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
We are working with one of the UK's leading credit hire law specialist firm to recruit a senior / complex claimant Litigation Solicitor. Caseload will mainly consist of complex credit hire (including files with allegations of fraud) with some files including Personal Injury.
Salary - basic up to £70,000, with £10-15,000 in performance bonus.
Location - Fully remote
You will manage your own caseload of complex files as well as consult and advise on files for more junior solicitors and litigators.
Induction, training and ongoing development support will all be provided remotely with optional team meetups at specific times through the year.
