Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler for a remote position. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to investigate and settle claims related to Employers and Public Liability. Responsibilities include gathering evidence to support recommendations and ensuring compliance with client standards. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and have extensive experience in handling liability claims.
Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge related to Employers & Public Liability.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and settle liability claims as required.
- Gather evidence to support recommendations for claims.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and service standards.
Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis. You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout. The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
