The Role
We are hiring a part-time, remote Associate Program Manager to support our European community and leadership team. Your main responsibilities include managing the GoingVC Europe Program, engaging members, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the European flagship program, coordinate with cohort members, organize virtual events, and facilitate discussions
- Handle administrative duties to ensure smooth program operations
- Support leadership with projects to enhance the program
- Maintain program materials and records
- Edit content, track and engage with members, and support community growth
- Research and implement new ideas to improve the program
- Assist the team and leadership in various tasks
Who We’re Looking For
This role suits someone with 2-5 years of experience interested in venture capital and startups, based in Europe, and available on CET timezone.
Must Haves:
- Passion for GoingVC’s mission and the VC industry
- Familiarity with productivity tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsive, polite, and autonomous
- Proactive and collaborative
- Based in Europe, available on CET timezone
Nice to Haves
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in investment banking, consulting, startups, or tech
