A dedicated charity organization is seeking a Spinal Cord Injury Specialist Nurse to provide support for patients with spinal cord injuries from home in the East of England Region. The role involves offering guidance via phone, email, or face-to-face visits to newly acquired patients or those being re-admitted to hospital for unrelated treatments. This part-time position requires relevant experience and knowledge in nursing, particularly spinal cord injuries. A commitment to making a difference is essential.

Hours: 21 hours per week
Location: Home based (East of England Region)
Salary: £28,656.00 per annum

Working as part of the Health & Care Quality team and within a designated geographical region (East of England Region, which includes areas such as Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and others), the SCI Specialist Nurse will support those with newly acquired spinal cord injuries who are not admitted to specialist services, or those with established spinal cord injuries who are being re‑admitted to hospital for treatment unrelated to their impairment.
Through telephone, email or face‑to‑face visits the SCI specialist nurse will offer guidance and advice to these individuals and/or their family members, addressing issues of concern associated with treatment and care and liaising on…
