We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. Through a keen eye for detail, diligent bookkeeping, and being a friendly reliable point of contact you will support our CFO and Management Accountant to enable ClickTech to make sound strategic business decisions that promote long term financial success. This role is integral to ClickTech's commercial operation.

• Purchase Ledger
  • Process purchase invoices and receipts
  • Prepare weekly payment runs
  • Process staff expenses and mileage claims
  • Process credit card returns
• Sales Ledger
  • Create and post sales invoices and journals
  • Credit control where required
  • Respond to and resolve billing queries with clients
  • Post deferred income journals
• Post transactions to bank accounts, identify and reconcile any discrepancies
• Post payroll journals
• Ad hoc queries to support the business administration such as setting up subscriptions and placing business orders
• Communicate with suppliers, contractors and employees via various methods, including in person, by telephone and email.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to resolve issues
• Perform all duties in line with internal business processes and controls ensuring that processes are rigorous by suggesting and implementing improvements
• Identify and reconcile any anomalies in the accounts
• Report/escalate any troubling discoveries to the appropriate manager
• Assist the Management Accountant with month‑end processes, such as accruals/prepayments
• Assist the Management Accountant with fixed/intangible asset management, payroll, forecasting and cash flow

• AAT qualified
• Proven technical ability
• Analytical with a love of numbers
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and have a passion for continuous improvement
• A good awareness of scams and fraudulent activity and keeps up to date with how the business may be targeted as a result
• Ability to build and maintain a strong reputation with internal and external stakeholders
• Organised and self‑motivated
• Friendly and approachable
• Experience using accounting software (Xero) and MS Office
