GoDaddy is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to specialize in supporting and improving the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In this role, you will focus on key areas of the Workday system, such as Absence Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent. This position offers the chance to support GoDaddy's global expansion efforts by ensuring the optimal performance of Workday's features and providing support to system users across the company.
You will be involved in analyzing and improving Workday processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting Workday's roadmap to improve the employee experience.
