This role is fully remote, requiring no travel to the office, and includes all necessary equipment such as a laptop. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, logging calls, and managing bookings. - Book, reschedule, and log cancellations.

40 hours per week Monday Friday between 8am 8pm (Full Flexibility)
