A leading technology recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Solution Sales engineer to drive commercial growth in wireless & IoT solutions. This remote role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with key customers, and collaborating on technical proposals. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in technology sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence commercial strategies. Competitive salary of £50,000–£80,000 plus performance bonuses and share options are offered.

The business is now looking for an RF / IoT / Antenna Solution Sales engineer , that is eager to join a cutting edge team and really drive commercial growth across Europe and North America / Asia.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and managing key accounts, to building strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and technology vendors.
This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic scale‑up environment and is motivated by both commercial and technical challenges.
