Job summary
A local educational institution is seeking an outstanding Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a fixed term role from January to July. You will support children in Early Years, working closely with parents and staff in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in this field, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to their work. The position offers a supportive team and commitment to your professional development.

The Local Academy Council of Perton Primary Academy is offering the opportunity for a patient, qualified, caring and skilled practitioner to work in our EYFS department.
We are a very hardworking and committed team of professionals who work together to provide a welcoming, safe and nurturing academy and nursery.
- An outstanding teaching assistant, with experience of supporting children in Early Years.
- A professional who is able to communicate with parents, class teacher and SENDCo on a daily basis.
- Someone who is able to follow instruction from other professionals.
- Organisation and good recording is needed daily, to track intervention.
- A proactive approach to work, begin able to change and adapt where needed.
