Role Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head Teacher to lead Queen’s Online School through its next exciting phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a forward-thinking online school and make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all aspects of the school.
• Oversee academic standards, safeguarding, and compliance with relevant educational regulations.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of qualified online teachers and pastoral staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school culture focused on student success and well-being.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and engagement.
• Drive innovation in online teaching methods and use of educational technologies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders at Cambridge Online Education Ltd. to achieve strategic goals and uphold the school’s ethos and reputation.
• Monitor and report on student progress, outcomes, and school performance.
• Represent and promote the school at online open days, events, and external stakeholder meetings.
