Serious Injury Solicitor - Fully Remote - up to £75,000 salary, dependent upon experience

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm offering specialist legal advice for Personal and Catastrophic Injury.

Due to expansion, the firm seeks a Serious Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (7+ years’ PQE) to handle high-value Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases.

The role requires a compassionate individual committed to client support and excellent outcomes, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Serious Injury and TBI cases, including some Clinical Negligence, with opportunities to develop a specialism in Catastrophic Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury, and contribute to rehabilitation strategies.

The Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (minimum 7 years’ PQE)
