A fast-growing legal start-up is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to take on a senior leadership role as Head of Legal. This position offers up to £60k salary, equity options, and the chance to build the legal function remotely with quarterly meet-ups. Ideal candidates are qualified solicitors with a strong background in probate and compliance, ready to shape the company’s legal strategy and team growth.

This is a unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to take on a senior leadership role at an ambitious start-up that’s redefining how probate is delivered. With a strong pipeline of funding and ambitious growth plans, the firm are now looking for an experienced solicitor to establish and lead their legal function as part of the founding team. You’ll not only take ownership of the legal side, but also influence product development, strategy, and client experience. Acting as Head of Legal, you’ll be the technical expert on probate and estate administration, ensure compliance, and help shape the future of the business.
