Our Commercial Cost Audit team ensures costs of construction projects are well managed and compliant with contractual frameworks.

1. Conduct cost, compliance, and commercial audits with key partners.
2. Oversee a portfolio of around £100 million.
3. Manage audits, identify risks, verify costs, and recommend changes.
4. Mitigate commercial risks using financial systems, management, and contracts knowledge.
5. Maintain good working relationships with supply chain partners.

• Background in cost accounting or quantity surveying, ideally chartered.
• Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 Option C and E contracts.
• Experience with accounting software, ledgers, and payment mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Full driving license required.
• Curious, investigative mindset.

Remote work with occasional travel, 38 days holiday, flexible working, pension, life assurance, annual bonus, and rewards.

Grade 7, £41,000 - £51,970, with performance-based progression.
