- Manage and mentor approximately 10 engineers across two key teams
- Take ownership of the platform engineering roadmap, with a sharp focus on infrastructure management, cost optimisation, and reliability .
- Partner closely with the Head of Data to define and build the long‑term data platform strategy .
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, expertly juggling a high volume of parallel requests and initiatives to keep pace with business ambition.
- A proven Engineering Manager experience in a growth‑stage or mature SaaS company.
- A solid background in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering is ideal. A Product Engineering Manager with a strong infrastructure affinity will also be considered.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms ( AWS is a plus ).
- A leader who has thrived in a transition‑phase company —you know how to build and scale systems and teams, not just maintain them.
