Remote Conveyancer

Location : Fully Remote (UK)

Salary : £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Hours : Full-time

You’ll handle a varied caseload with full administrative support, modern systems, and the ability to work flexibly from home. The Role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Title checks, reporting and contract drafting
  • Managing client relationships throughout the transaction
  • Liaising with agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
  • Using case management systems to progress files efficiently

You’ll be supported by a friendly, well structured remote team and benefit from clear processes that allow you to focus on technical work, not admin.

About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Confident handling files independently from start to finish
  • Strong communicator with a calm, client focused approach
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
  • Good working knowledge of modern conveyancing systems and procedures
  • Proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines without supervision
