- Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnel
- Build and manage lifecycle automation : onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell / cross-sell
- Lead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profiles
- Work with design / content to ensure compelling creative and UXAnalyze email revenue performance and deliver actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
- 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency / marketplace environments
- Proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell / retention mechanics
- Experience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo
- Fluent written / spoken English with strong copy instincts
- Comfortable with HTML / CSS for minor adjustments
- Available between 6 : 00 a.m. and 3 : 00 p.m. ET
- Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automations
- Experience with B2B email automations for eCommerce or marketplace products is a strong plus
