- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with UK regulatory requirements, especially FCA rules
- Lead regulatory readiness for market entry, licensing, and ongoing supervision

- Establish monitoring, testing, and reporting processes for ongoing compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution of business strategies
- 8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience within financial services
- Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry
- Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules
- Proven ability to design policies and manage complex compliance programmes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
