• Evaluate Biology outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with scientific objectives.
• Create challenging problems in Biology to stress-test AI reasoning and analysis.
• Contribute to data generation and evaluation processes for the next generation of large language models.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs in life sciences.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.

• Must-Have: PhD in Biology or a directly related field from a top university
• Must-Have: 2+ years of academic or professional experience
• Must-Have: High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must-Have: Excellent proficiency in English

• Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe

• Competitive hourly rate of $65–85 USD/hr
• Weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–100/hr
