A not-for-profit housing association is looking for an Area Manager - Housing to oversee a team within a diverse and inclusive culture. Responsibilities include managing compliance, driving performance standards, and training staff. Ideal candidates will have a relevant housing qualification and strong knowledge of tenancy management. Location: Homeworking – covering Gloucester, Swindon, Reading and Bournemouth
Salary: £40,334 – £42,457 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
