A leading compliance organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support conveyancing firms with their regulatory requirements and carry out AML audits. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position allows for primarily remote work, along with occasional travel within the UK for meetings and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal risk and compliance, with a passion for supporting clients and enhancing service delivery.

The Compliance Officer plays a key role in supporting conveyancing firms with their risk and compliance requirements, carrying out AML audits and compliance reviews, and ensuring firms meet the regulatory standards necessary for successful onboarding. The position also contributes to the delivery of Legal Eye’s professional services, supporting internal teams including sales and proposition development.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel across the UK for team meetings, training, events, conferences, and client engagement.
