A dynamic rental technology startup in London is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder & CEO. The Flex is on a mission to transform the rental sector globally. We believe renting a home should be as simple as buying on Amazon: fast, seamless, and borderless. Our proprietary Property Management System (PMS) powers this vision, creating effortless renting for tenants and hassle-free management for landlords—without excessive fees.

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and execution lead. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling The Flex—leading cross-functional projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic priorities forward.
This is not a traditional support role—it’s an opportunity to help build a global company from the inside, gain exposure to every function, and shape key decisions. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for leadership, ensuring the company moves fast, stays focused, and executes at the highest level.
Strategic Execution – Partner with the CEO to drive high-impact initiatives across operations, technology, expansion, and fundraising.
Company Alignment – Translate strategic goals into action, ensuring teams are aligned, focused, and executing effectively.
Hiring & Talent Acquisition – Support the recruitment of top talent, from sourcing to onboarding, helping build world-class teams.
Operational Leadership – Step into critical roles when needed, ensuring business continuity and filling execution gaps.
Expansion & Market Growth – Lead research and planning for new city launches, supporting international expansion efforts.
Process Optimization – Design and refine workflows, systems, and best practices to improve speed and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Serve as the connective tissue between departments, driving collaboration and clarity.
Founder Leverage – Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, preparing materials, and ensuring priorities stay on track.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Highly adaptable with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Previous experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or real estate is a strong advantage.
