Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to lead our sales department, drive revenue growth, and build strong long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve business goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adjust strategies.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Sales B2B, Sales Director, or a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Experience in [industry/sector, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, B2B, etc.] is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
