- Prepare detailed cost estimates for drilling and grouting projects.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
- Support tender submissions and client proposals.
- Proven experience as an Estimator within drilling and grouting (essential).
- Strong knowledge of ground engineering techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
- Must be UK-based and eligible to work on a freelance basis.
- Flexible working (remote).
- Competitive day rate (DOE).
