Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outer-space-themed amusement park in the heart of London. This is a standalone role which is mainly REMOTE (up to 1 day every week on-site).

Reporting to the CFO who is based abroad, the primary responsibilities include managing both accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices against purchase orders and reconciling incoming payments and outgoing payments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
  • Accounts payable and receivable - record A / P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase order, reconcile incoming payments. Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts.
  • Initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly.
  • Reconcile, and provide monthly payroll information for 50-100 employees to external payroll company
  • Statutory forms and reports for external provider.
  • Prepare monthly reports including detailed analysis of actuals against budget and forecast.
  • Monthly forecast.
  • Yearly budget.
  • Resolving discrepancies
  • Financial statements and working with the auditors
  • Periodic reports according to corporate guidelines and terms.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE :
  • 5-10 years bookkeeping experience
  • SAP experience desirable but training will be provided
  • Prior payroll experience
