Job summary
A large not-for-profit organization is seeking two Market Research Interviewers for a remote, temporary position. You will reach out to small and medium-sized businesses to invite them to a government-funded growth programme. Ideal candidates are seasoned market researchers or business graduates with a professional telephone manner and strong resilience. They will offer full training to the right candidates, ensuring that you can meet the responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research or graduate-level education.
- Ability to follow directions and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Contact businesses for a government-funded programme.
- Record data accurately onto an online system.
- Report call progress to the Project Manager.

£13.50 per hour, fully remote, Monday to Friday, temporary contract from 15th Jan to 23rd Feb.
An exciting opportunity for two Market Research Telephone Interviewers with a large social value not‑for‑profit group. The role involves making outbound calls to small and medium‑sized businesses, inviting them to join a government‑funded business growth programme.
Ideal candidates are seasoned market researchers or business graduates looking for a first job. Full training will be provided; all you need is an intelligent, confident telephone manner and strong resilience.
- Contact businesses to invite them onto a government‑funded business growth programme
- Record the collected data onto an online system
- Report to the Project Manager on call progress to ensure work is completed correctly and within deadlines
