£13.50 per hour, fully remote, Monday to Friday, temporary contract from 15th Jan to 23rd Feb.

An exciting opportunity for two Market Research Telephone Interviewers with a large social value not‑for‑profit group. The role involves making outbound calls to small and medium‑sized businesses, inviting them to join a government‑funded business growth programme.

Ideal candidates are seasoned market researchers or business graduates looking for a first job. Full training will be provided; all you need is an intelligent, confident telephone manner and strong resilience.

Description of duties

• Contact businesses to invite them onto a government‑funded business growth programme
• Record the collected data onto an online system
• Report to the Project Manager on call progress to ensure work is completed correctly and within deadlines
