Qualifikationen
Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
Experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen (desirable).
Strong understanding of food handling, hygiene and safety practices.
Aufgaben
Run and manage your section within the kitchen.
Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards.
Support weekly events, weddings, and Guest Chef dinners.
Work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage costs.
Contribute to menu development and create specials.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
