A luxury beach club is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for the summer 2026 season. You will manage your own section, prepare high-quality dishes, and support special events while collaborating with a creative kitchen team in a beautiful setting. Essential qualifications include extensive kitchen experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. This role offers a rewarding, fast-paced work environment where you can showcase your culinary creativity and work with fresh ingredients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen (desirable).
• Strong understanding of food handling, hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage your section within the kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards.
• Support weekly events, weddings, and Guest Chef dinners.
• Work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage costs.
• Contribute to menu development and create specials.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
