A fast-growing premium wellness brand is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO.

This is not your typical EA role—it's an opportunity to step into a dynamic, hands-on position that blends executive support, project management, operations, and creative input. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and helping shape the future of a thriving consumer brand. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week in the office, based in Finchley Central.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll act as the right hand to a driven and entrepreneurial leader. You’ll manage complex projects, streamline operations, and ensure that key initiatives are executed efficiently across the business. From refining systems to coordinating brand launches, this role offers variety, visibility, and impact.

• Develop and improve internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee hiring logistics, onboarding, and cross-team coordination.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations and maintain alignment with company culture.
• Identify tools and workflows that boost productivity and communication.

• Manage strategic projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors, such as web developers and marketing agencies.
• Coordinate key business initiatives including website launches and brand development.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Work directly with the CEO to manage schedules, priorities, and follow-up actions.
• Track key deliverables and ensure accountability across departments.
• Anticipate needs, streamline communication, and facilitate decision-making.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner, contributing to planning and creative problem-solving.

• Offer input and feedback on marketing, branding, and creative projects.
• Collaborate on campaigns, website updates, and visual brand consistency.
• Contribute fresh ideas that align with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic vision.

• Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior leader.
• Strong project management and operational skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and precision.
• A proactive mindset—someone who spots opportunities and takes initiative.
• A genuine interest in wellness, consumer brands, or supplements (a plus!).
• Bonus: a creative flair or marketing background.
