Job summary

A global consultancy is looking for an experienced Contract Network Security Engineer to optimize Zscaler solutions in a fully remote role. Candidates must possess strong skills in Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access, as well as network security. The ability to integrate Zscaler with identity solutions and prior experience in the financial services sector is essential. This is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months, offering competitive daily rates.

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

ECS Resource Group is working with a global consultancy on a large-scale infrastructure project and is looking for an experienced Zscaler Engineer to join the team.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of Zscaler solutions across enterprise environments. The role involves hands‑on engineering, troubleshooting, and integration within a complex global network.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and/or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Solid background in network security, firewalling, and proxy technologies
• Experience integrating Zscaler with identity and access solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
• Scripting or automation knowledge (Python, PowerShell, etc.) advantageous
• Must have experience in Financial Services (Banking)
• Zscaler certifications (ZCCA, ZCCP) preferred but not essential
