Telecoms Rigging Team Lead – National Scope & Overtime
Job summary
A leading telecom services provider is seeking a Rigging Team Lead to manage rigging operations across the UK. The role involves overseeing on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining technical delivery standards. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in a telecoms rigging environment, ideally as a 2nd Man, along with essential certifications. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work nationwide on a 50-hour contract plus overtime.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as 2nd Man in telecoms installation.
- Understand rigging standards across major networks.
- Electrical and commissioning experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage rigging teams on-site for installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation.
- Oversee technical delivery and maintain rigging vehicles.
