Overall Purpose of Job
Are you passionate about ensuring business compliance and driving value from third-party relationships? We seek a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to enhance our TPRM framework and organizational capability for compliance and effective third-party management.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the P&P strategic vision and development plan.
- Stay informed of external market trends related to TPRM and identify innovation opportunities.
- Promote organizational awareness of the value of partnering with the P&P function.
- Manage challenges from the BRM community regarding TPRM assurance outcomes and best practice interpretations.
- Develop skills within the procurement and BRM groups to improve TPRM capabilities.
- Contribute to operational plans to develop and strengthen the function.
- Support senior sourcing and supplier managers on key projects.
- Assist in lower-value sourcing activities to ensure compliance with TPRM frameworks.
- Build BRM community capability to manage risk and enhance third-party performance and value.
- Ensure material outsource and strategic suppliers comply with TPRM through proactive engagement.
- Understand and perform due diligence on all sub-outsourcing within the third-party base.
- Optimize contracts and improve outcomes by applying TPRM best practices, advising on opportunities.
- Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance.
- Support BRMs in executing TPRM and serve as the primary contact with the P&P team for TPRM queries.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework.
- Create and update tools and templates for TPRM activities.
- Review assurance reports, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation activities.
- Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities and records.
- Prepare TPRM assurance content for cost optimization meetings.
- Manage procurement activities related to sourcing reports and maintain TPRM records.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
- Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services.
- Supportive experience in sourcing activities.
- Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of financial services regulations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including with senior management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
