Qualifications

• Guest Services experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client and guest maintenance/service issues.
• Maintain a customer-centric and perfectionist approach.
• Manage extension requests for clients.
• Work with team to deliver monthly guest services report.
• Be point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Update the IssueTrak portal for reported issues.
• Cover emergency out-of-hours telephone line.
