A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced B2B sales executive to join their new Lead Generation team. This predominantly work-from-home role offers a basic salary up to £28k, with an uncapped monthly bonus. The successful candidate will engage with hiring managers regarding apprenticeship recruitment needs and promote the company at industry exhibitions across the UK. Ideal for self-motivated individuals with a strong track record in sales.
Are you an experienced B2B sales executive who's looking for a brand new role? This is an opportunity to join one of Yorkshire's most prestigious and successful Apprenticeship Providers as part of their brand new Lead Generation team.
This is predominantly WFH, giving you that all important work / life balance and will not only bring you into the booming Apprenticeship marketplace, but offer you a lucrative, rewarding career with one of the region's best employees.
These guys operate in the Digital / Data Apprenticeships, and your role here will be to engage with the appropriate Hiring Managers, exploring their Apprenticeship recruitment needs, gauging time scales and requirements - you will use a fantastic CRM to log calls, and ensure your pipeline and call backs are recorded safely for your future use. Working remotely in a team of 5, reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be able to use the CRM's data, as well as sourcing your own leads through LinkedIn and other social media platforms. It's expected you'll also be happy working F2F, promoting the company at industry related exhibitions and functions across the UK.
Working 9-5, Monday to Friday, you'll receive a host of benefits for this role; a great basic salary to £28k, and a uncapped bonus (paid monthly) based on the outcome of your successful leads. On top of this you'll receive 26 days hols (rising to 30 with service), regular social events, and above all the opportunity to get a foot in the door in this sector - going forward, you may want to move into a more field based role, and there will also be Team Leader / Management opportunities in the future too.
We'd love to hear from you if you're a B2B / B2C sales professional - confident on the phone, adept at fact finding and building relationships. It may be you're in an outbound call centre environment, and seek the move into a more autonomous role, or you're currently working in BD within the industry or are interested in a change. As you're WFH, you'll need to be completely self-motivated, and driven, and of course, money orientated!
These are brand new roles too, so you can stamp your identity all over it, ideally to start (subject to notice period) in either October or November
