Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong exposure to Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in developing Salesforce Flows and advanced process automation.
• Strong Apex programming skills and experience with unit testing.
• Experience with DevOps practices including source control and automated deployments.
• Understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features like case management and workflows.
• Develop robust Salesforce Flows and write clean, scalable Apex code.
• Use DevOps tools to manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
