As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our legal team and support various legal functions within the organization.
- Assisting in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Keeping abreast of legal developments in the blockchain and crypto space
- Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders
- A minimum of 3 years of in-house counsel or law firm experience
- A law degree and a strong academic record
- Qualified legal experience practising law
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Knowledge or a strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto industry
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
