We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the performance of the talent team and ensure smooth operational practices within a dynamic UK business. This role focuses on accountability, structure, and ensuring the team is consistently using key systems and tools. You’ll be responsible for monitoring usage of platforms like Monday.com and Workable, identifying when new workflows are needed, and communicating those needs to the CEO and CTO. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a system‑driven environment and values clarity and consistency.
Responsibilities
Lead the talent team and ensure delivery standards, KPIs, and processes are consistently met.
Monitor and enforce the correct use of tools such as Monday.com and Workable.
Identify where new workflows or system structures are needed and report these to the CTO.
Ensure the team understands and follows existing workflows effectively.
Track team performance, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
Collaborate with the CTO and leadership to ensure operational needs are met.
Support a culture of structure, accountability, and process‑driven work.
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years’ experience in operations, team management, or recruitment delivery.
Strong understanding of structured team operations.
Experience with Monday.com, Workable, or similar platforms.
Confident identifying operational needs and communicating them to technical leads.
Strong reporting skills using dashboards on Monday.com
Excellent communicator with a structured, practical mindset.
