A leading digital recruitment agency is seeking a data-driven Amazon Advertising Manager to lead in-house PPC efforts for brands dominating Amazon in the UK & EU. You will own campaigns, optimise for ROI, and launch ads for new marketplaces. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in Amazon PPC and a passion for data. This role offers flexible remote working and competitive holiday packages.

Now we’re bringing PPC in-house and looking for a data-driven Amazon Advertising Manager to lead the charge.
- Own Sponsored Products, Brands, Display & Video campaigns
- Optimise for ROI, cut wasted spend, and scale profitable growth
- Launch ads for new ASINs and marketplaces (UK, EU… maybe US!)
- Collaborate with creative to make ads that actually convert
- Shape our ad systems & strategy from the ground up
- 2+ years deep in Amazon PPC
- Obsessed with data, testing & optimisation
- Confident with Amazon Ads Console & tools like Helium 10
- Organised, proactive & ready to make an impact
