A growing mortgage brokerage in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker (CAS) for a home-based role covering Southampton and Hampshire. This position offers a base salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission on mortgage and protection referrals. With 20 quality leads provided each week and full administrative support, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. £35,000 base salary

Home-based role with travel to local New Build sites
20 quality leads per week from active developments
️ Manage 2–3 sites in your local area
Full admin support and backing from a designated Sales Manager
️ Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 weekends
Statutory benefits
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAS mortgage adviser
Proven ability to hit targets and back up sales stats
New Build experience is a strong advantage
Able to service multiple high-volume sites
Confident using CRM systems and tech tools
Strong compliance, client service, and communication skills
Excellent relationship builder and self-starter
