Job summary

A fast-growing SaaS healthcare company is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive sales in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will own a territory and be responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with clinics worldwide. Ideally, you have SaaS sales experience and knowledge of the aesthetics industry. This position offers a base salary of 30,000 GBP plus uncapped commissions, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings based on performance.

The Role

We’re looking for an elite closer with a hunter mindset to own a territory and run the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, demoing, and closing short sales cycles. You’ll be selling both our software subscriptions and digital marketing services to clinics across the world. This role is perfect for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Close 5–7 deals / month (average commission = $2K per deal)
  • Own your pipeline—prospect, qualify, run high-impact demos & close deals
  • Build trust with clinic owners, physicians, medspa operators
  • Educate and pitch our software + marketing stack like a pro
  • Crush targets and get rewarded with uncapped commissions
  • Collaborate with top-tier marketing & product team
You’re Perfect If You Have
  • Experience with Medspa software or aesthetic medical devices (e.g., Boulevard, Zenoti, Patient Now, Aesthetic Record, Jane App, Cynosure, Cutera, Alma, InMode) will be an asset , not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the aesthetics industry is preferred. SaaS sales experience required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields.
  • Experience selling to Medspas, Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Dentists, etc. will be an asset
  • You’re a CLOSER. You work short sales cycles and hit quotas monthly
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (pipelines, sequences, automations)
  • Strong grasp of paid ads, lead gen, and ROI selling
  • You thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
