Job summary
A well-known award-winning company in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a hybrid working role. Responsibilities include customer account management, relationship building, and efficient query resolution. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable using MS Excel. The position offers a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience.
- Able to commute to High Wycombe on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Effectively chase Customers within your dedicated portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both Internal and External Customers.
- Ensure Customer queries are processed and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
- Deliver excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested in line with your role to support the Team and Credit Control Manager.
