A public sector organization is seeking a Capital Budgeting and Reporting Lead. This role involves managing capital budgets and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong communication skills, capable of explaining financial principles to stakeholders without finance backgrounds. Additional knowledge of IFRS and skills in Oracle and Power BI are advantageous. The position allows for some remote work, with expectations to meet the manager quarterly.
On behalf of EANI, we are looking for a Capital Budgeting and Reporting Lead (PAYE) for a contract to run up until the end of March 2026, based in Omagh, Belfast, Ballymena, Dundonald, Armagh. This role can be worked remotely and you will have an expectation to see your manager 1–2 times per quarter.
