Survey Auditor - Cambridgeshire
Job summary
An independent surveying practice in the UK is seeking an experienced Residential Survey Auditor to join their team. This remote role involves auditing compliance of residential surveys and valuation reports while enhancing quality standards and providing feedback to surveyors. The ideal candidate should be qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS) with at least 3 years of experience in residential surveying. The position offers a salary up to £55,000 along with 25 days holiday and healthcare benefits.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Survey Auditor to join a well-established and forward-thinking independent surveying practice. This role is perfect for a qualified surveyor who takes pride in quality assurance, upholding professional standards and driving continuous improvement across surveying teams.
This is a remote role where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant residential surveys and valuation reports. You’ll also contribute to training initiatives, promoting consistency and promoting best practices across the business.
- Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
- Remote (occasional travel)
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- 3 years’ PQE in Residential Surveying
- Experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Valuations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
- Good understanding of property defects, construction terminology, and survey formats.
- Basic salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)
