A medical devices firm is seeking a Wound Care Business Development Manager to sell innovative wound care solutions. The successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge of the wound management sector, preferably with sales experience in pressure care. This home-based role targets clinical professionals, including Tissue Viability Nurses. Offering a competitive base salary of £45-£50k plus OTE of £10k, this position is ideal for someone ambitious and driven to succeed.

Wound Care Business Development Manager

Base salary IRO £45-£50k with OTE IRO £10k and car / package.

Role

The BDM will sell a range of woundcare solutions – including cushions, woundcare and positioning solutions into the clinical space. Targeting Tissue Viability and other clinical professionals within the wound management environment the sale will have stakeholders in acute, domiciliary and homecare environments with specific focus on Tissue Viability Nurses and ICB influencers. The role will be home based and requires diary and time management skills to ensure successful sales and promotion of the product.

Applicant
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Wound Management / Woundcare sector. Ideally, we are looking for people who have sales experience in the pressure care or wound care sectors and can demonstrate success with various stakeholder including TVNs
  • Contacts / go to customers within the clinical, procurement environment of NHS / Private markets
  • Hugely hungry and ambitious – capable of driving new business, building momentum and building a successful territory.
