Job summary
A technology service company in the United Kingdom is looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to engage with potential clients and support the sales team. This role requires fluency in Romanian, a good command of English, and a desire to grow in sales/account management. You will work flexible hours, interact with clients across Europe, and benefit from mentoring by experienced sales professionals.

Responsibilities
- Work with cold customer databases (calls, emails, messages, LinkedIn).
- Maintain CRM and update lead data.
- Assist sales and account managers – material preparation and participation in calls.
- Communicate with potential clients and partners at contract signing stage.
- Assist with technical and organizational issues in communication with partners.

- Опрацьовуватимеш холодну базу клієнтів (дзвінки, листи, повідомлення, LinkedIn).
- Вестимеш CRM і оновлюватимеш дані по лідах і партнерах.
- Асистуватимеш сейлз- та акаунт-менеджерам — підготовка матеріалів, участь у дзвінках.
- Спілкуватимешся з потенційними клієнтами та партнерами (на етапі підписання контрактів).
- Допомагатимеш із технічними та організаційними питаннями у комунікації з партнерами.
- Ти вільно володієш румунською (B2+/C1) — це must.
- Маєш англійську на рівні B1+.
- Українська — рідна.
- Комунікабельний(-а), проактивний(-а) та уважний(-а) до деталей.
- Хочеш розвиватися у напрямі sales / account management.
- Готовий(-а) працювати за європейським часовим поясом (CET/EET).
- Гнучкий графік — легко поєднати з навчанням або іншими проєктами.
- Міжнародний досвід — спілкування з клієнтами з Європи (зокрема Румунії).
- Навчання та менторинг від досвідченої сейлз-команди.
- Кар’єрне зростання до Account Manager.
- Оплата + бонуси за результатами KPI.
- Сучасні інструменти (CRM, automation, LinkedIn tools, email outreach).
