• Lead and monitor multiple large-scale projects across various functional departments
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic clinical applications
• Conduct workflow assessments and analyze internal systems to identify functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users for application integration
• Provide ongoing training, support, and troubleshooting post-implementation

• Bachelor’s degree or an Associate degree with nine (9) years of Epic application experience
• Minimum of 7 years of Epic application experience
• Epic certification(s) required
• Proficiency with information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Products
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare organization
